Security

How is my storage unit secured?

Every unit is fitted for a high security cylinder lock. These locks are available at an affordable $11.99. Because they sit flush with the door, they cannot be cut and provide top level security. When you buy these locks, you will be the only person with the key to the storage unit.

Where can I find boxes and packing supplies?

From boxes to tape to bubble wrap, we’re your one stop shop for moving, packing and storing! Not sure how many boxes, rolls of tape, etc., you’ll need? Our packing tips guide will come in handy when you’re planning. Then ask our professional storage team to confirm your estimate.

What is a drive-up unit?

This simply means that the storage unit is accessed from an outside door and located on the first floor of the facility. These units give customers the ability to drive their car right up to the space, park in front, and then unload their belongings directly from their vehicles to their storage spaces. Infinite Self-Storage offers a variety of drive-up unit sizes, as well as indoor storage.

What is temperature control?

We feature temperature controlled storage spaces at many of our facilities. Temperature control means your storage unit is located in a building that is heated in winter and cooled in summer. With temperature settings ranging from 50-80 degrees, depending on the season, these spaces are ideal for antiques, electronics, and furniture among other items.

Can I transfer to a different unit in the facility?

Yes, and transfers are free of charge!

What are the criteria for storing a vehicle, RV, boat, or motorcycle in storage?

All vehicle or boats must be running or towable. Flat tires are not allowed and boats must be on trailers.

Hours

What are your hours?

The property manager will assist you during normal business hours. We offer 24 access to your unit, with some restrictions. We always offer you access 7 days a week, even on Holidays! And with our rental kiosk, you can rent a unit, make a payment, purchase a lock, and change your personal information at any time.

Okay, so when can I get into my storage unit?

You may access your storage unit 7 days a week, 6 am to 10 pm. 24 hour access is given with some restrictions, see manager for more information.

Lease Terms & Payments

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Nope! All you need to rent a unit is a month’s rent, the admin fee, and, if you don’t have insurance that’ll cover your property in storage, a prorated protection plan.

What lease terms are available?

We have month-to-month leases available, allowing you to move in and move out with just a notice of 30 days.

Do you accept cash or checks?

Yes. You can even pay with cash or check at our 24-hour kiosk!

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Do you offer military discounts?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount to all active military and first responders. Contact a local manager at your location.

Can I pay my bills online?

Yes online payment is available.

What if I don’t want to pay online?

You may choose to have your payment automatically charged to your credit card by setting it up with the property manager or you may visit your facility and pay directly or you can visit our 24-hour kiosk to make your payment.
